Applicable Anti-Money Laundering Law shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.11.
Anti-Money Laundering Laws means any law or regulation in a U.S. or any non-U.S. jurisdiction regarding money laundering, drug trafficking, terrorist-related activities or other money laundering predicate crimes, including the Currency and Foreign Transactions Reporting Act of 1970 (otherwise known as the Bank Secrecy Act) and the USA PATRIOT Act.
Money Laundering Laws has the meaning set forth in Section 3.25.
AML Laws means all laws, rules, and regulations of the United States applicable to the Borrower or the Borrower’s Subsidiaries from time to time concerning or relating to anti-money laundering.
the applicable data protection law means the legislation protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals and, in particular, their right to privacy with respect to the processing of personal data applicable to a data controller in the Member State in which the data exporter is established;
Flood Laws means the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968, Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973, and related laws, rules and regulations, including any amendments or successor provisions.
Local Law means a local charter provision, ordinance, rule, or regulation.
Applicable Legal Requirements means all laws (including common law), statutes, regulations, codes, rules, treaties, ordinances, judgments, directives, permits, decrees, decisions, approvals, interpretations, injunctions, writs, orders or other similar legal requirements in effect of any governmental authority relating to the Work, either of the Parties, ADA-ES, Inc., the Project or any of the activities of either of the Parties contemplated by the Potential Transaction.
Applicable Data Protection Law means all data privacy or data protection laws or regulations globally that apply to the Processing of Personal Information under this Data Processing Agreement, which may include Applicable European Data Protection Law.
money laundering means the conversion or transfer of property, knowing that such property is the proceeds of crime, for the purpose of concealing or disguising the illicit origin of the property or of helping any person who is involved in the commission of the predicate offence to evade the legal consequences of his or her actions, or the concealment or disguise of the true nature, source, location, disposition, movement or ownership of or rights with respect to property, knowing that such property is the proceeds of crime.
USA PATRIOT Act means the Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001.
RESPA means the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (12 U.S.C. §2601 et seq.) and its implementing regulation, Regulation X (24 C.F.R. Part 3500), as they might be amended from time to time, or any additional or successor legislation or regulation that governs the same subject matter. As used in this Security Instrument, “RESPA” refers to all requirements and restrictions that are imposed in regard to a “federally related mortgage loan” even if the Loan does not qualify as a “federally related mortgage loan” under RESPA.
AML Legislation has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.16(a).
Bail-In Legislation means, with respect to any EEA Member Country implementing Article 55 of Directive 2014/59/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union, the implementing law for such EEA Member Country from time to time which is described in the EU Bail-In Legislation Schedule.
Truth in Lending Act means the Truth in Lending Act of 1968, as amended.
Proceeds of crime means any property derived from or obtained, directly or indirectly, through the commission of an offence;
OFAC Regulations means the regulations promulgated by OFAC, as amended from time to time.
Corrupt and Fraudulent Practices means either one or any combination of the practices given below;
Applicable Legislation means any statute of Canada or a province thereof, and the regulations under any such named or other statute, relating to warrant indentures or to the rights, duties and obligations of warrant agents under warrant indentures, to the extent that such provisions are at the time in force and applicable to this Indenture;
