Related Party Claims definition

Related Party Claims means the general unsecured claims against the Debtor held by the following entities: Bayard Park, LLC; Jack Weingarten; LX Holdings; and South 4th Street.
Related Party Claims has the meaning given to it in Section 9.3(ii).
Related Party Claims shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 9(c)(iii).

  • Third Party Claims has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.
