Related Party Debt definition

Related Party Debt means Debt of an Obligor owed to an Affiliate (which is not an Obligor) or a Related Party (which is not an Obligor);
Related Party Debt means all indebtedness and payment obligations of any kind (whether for money borrowed, guarantees, intercompany indebtedness, extension of credit or otherwise) of the Corporation owing to or for the benefit of any Related Party together with any related obligations including, without limitation, the Xxxx Loan and any Liens;
Related Party Debt means all Liabilities owed by the Target Corporation to Vendor or any other Related Party.
