Related Party(ies) means with respect to any Person, such Person’s partners, directors, board members, officers, shareholders, members, agents, employees, auditors, advisors, consultants, counsel, contractors, subcontractors (of any tier), licensees, invitees, subtenants, lenders, successors, assigns, legal representatives, elected and appointed officials, volunteers, and Affiliates, and for each of the foregoing their respective partners, directors, board members, officers, shareholders, members, agents, employees, auditors, advisors, counsel, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, licensees, invitees, and subtenants. For the avoidance of doubt, Related Parties of the Authority shall not include StadCo and its Related Parties and vice versa.

Related Party(ies) means at any time during the Recapture Period, any Person who is considered for federal income tax purposes to be purchasing electricity generated by the applicable Project and who is related to the Company or the applicable Fund Company within the meaning of Section 267(b) or Section 707(b) of the Code or any successor provision, but excluding any Person that so purchases electricity generated by such Project to the extent such Person resells the electricity to another Person who is not related to the Company or the applicable Fund Company within the meaning of Section 267(b) or Section 707(b) of the Code or any successor provision.
