Release by the Contractor. The acceptance by the Contractor of final payment shall release NYSERDA from all claims and liability that the Contractor, its representatives and assigns might otherwise have relating to this Agreement.
Release by the Contractor. The acceptance by the Contractor of payment for each voucher shall release NYSERDA from any and all claims and liability the Contractor, its representatives, and assigns might otherwise have relating to the voucher.
Release by the Contractor. The acceptance by the Contractor of final payment shall release NY Green Bank from all claims and liability that the Contractor, its representatives and assigns might otherwise have relating to this Agreement.

The acceptance by the Contractor of final payment from NYSERDA under each T Work O der issued pursuant to this Agreement shall release NYSERDA from all claims and liability that the Contractor, its representatives and assigns might otherwise have relating to the Tas Work Order and this Agreement.
