Examples of relevant body in a sentence
Statutory Recoveries means any statutory entitlement of the NSW Government or any Other Government or any governmental agency or authority of any such government (“Relevant Body”) to impose liability on or to recover an amount or amounts from any person in respect of any payments made or to be made or benefits provided by a Relevant Body in respect of claims (other than as a defendant or in settlement of any claim, including a cross-claim or claim for contribution).
Any payment by the Grantee or Optionee shall be made within such period as the Relevant Body shall notify to him.
Any statutory entitlement of a Relevant Body properly paid out of the damages payable as part of a Proven Claim pursuant to a judgement or settlement of a Personal Asbestos Claim or a Marlew Claim is not to be treated as a Recovery for the purposes of this clause 13.7.

For purposes of determining the relevant Recovery Period, the date that ING is required to prepare the Restatement is the earlier to occur of:•the date the Relevant Body concludes, or reasonably should have concluded, that ING is required to prepare a Restatement, or•the date a court, regulator, or other legally authorized body directs ING to prepare a Restatement.
