Relevant Calculation Period definition

Relevant Calculation Period means, in respect of an Interest Period (or the related Interest Payment Date which falls immediately after such Interest Period), each Calculation Period which ends on a date falling after the first day of the calendar month in which such Interest Period commenced and before the first day of the calendar month in which such Interest Period ends.
Relevant Calculation Period means the Cash Amount Calculation Period (other than, for the purpose of this definition, a Cash Amount Calculation Period pursuant to limb (ii) of the definition thereof) or the Early Redemption Amount Calculation Period, as the context requires;
Relevant Calculation Period means the period from and including the relevant Further Notes Issue Date or Unpaid Notes Exchange Date to but excluding the Interest Payment Date immediately following such Further Notes Issue Date or Unpaid Notes Exchange Date;

  • Payment amount for 4thRSU to 6th RSU is estimated amount at the time of submission of this Press Release “Notice of Issuance of New Shares Under Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) Plan.” Actual payment amount is amount obtained by multiplying payment amount per share with allotted number of shares, which are determined by the Representative Executive Officer as of the day immediately following the last day of the Relevant Calculation Period, as stated (ii) below.

  • The number of shares to be allotted will be determined by a decision made by the Representative Executive Officer as of the day immediately following the last day of each of the Relevant Calculation Period (*) pursuant to the aforementioned entrustment.
