Relevant List definition

Relevant List means a list of terrorist organisations made under Division 102 of the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth) and the charter of the United Nations Act 1945 (Cth).

Relevant List means any similar list to the World Bank List maintained by any other donor of development funding.

• Save as disclosed in this Annual Report, during the year under review, there were no material acquisitions or disposals of any subsidiaries, associates or joint ventures.

• Tenderers must also immediately notify AusAID where the Tenderer or any of their subcontractors becomes listed on a World Bank List or Relevant List, or subject to proceedings which may lead to such a listing, after the tender is submitted to AusAID.
