Relevant List definition

Relevant List means a list of terrorist organisations made under Division 102 of the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth) and the charter of the United Nations Act 1945 (Cth).
Relevant List means any similar list to the World Bank List maintained by any other donor of development funding.
