Relevant Pool B Loan Asset definition

Relevant Pool B Loan Asset means a loan asset or debt claim described in Part II of that Schedule.
Relevant Pool B Loan Asset means “a loan asset or debt claimed described in Part II of the Schedule (Relevant Loan Asset) to [the Assignation]”;
Relevant Pool B Loan Asset means a loan asset or debt claim described in Part II of the Schedule (Relevant Loan Assets) to this Assignation.

  • The assigned rights in relation to each Specified Loan Asset (and thus in relation to each Relevant Pool B Loan Asset, including Mr Hancock’s loans) include, as one would expect, all of the Bank’s rights and powers in its capacity as the lender under each “Relevant Document”, a term which is very widely defined in relation to each Specified Loan Asset and would clearly include both the Facility Letters and the charges given by Mr Hancock to secure the loans.

Related to Relevant Pool B Loan Asset

  • Loan Asset means each commercial loan identified on Schedule A hereto, and each commercial loan identified on any Purchase Notice.

  • Mortgage Loan Borrower shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Lender PMI Mortgage Loan Certain Mortgage Loans as to which the lender (rather than the borrower) acquires the Primary Insurance Policy and charges the related borrower an interest premium.

  • Mortgage Loan Rate means, as of any date of determination, the weighted average of the Note A Rate and the Note B Rate.

  • Subsequent Mortgage Loans means, for purposes of this Agreement, the Subsequent Mortgage Loans listed in the Subsequent Mortgage Loan Schedule attached hereto as Schedule I.

  • Collateral Loan means a Senior Secured Loan, a Senior Secured Bond, a First Lien/Last Out Loan or a Second Lien Loan or a Participation Interest in any Senior Secured Loan, First Lien/Last Out Loan or Second Lien Loan that as of the date of acquisition by the Borrower meets each of the following criteria:

  • First Lien Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan secured by a first lien Mortgage on the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Second Lien Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan secured by a second lien Mortgage on the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Related Loan Group For Group 1, Loan Group 1; for Group 2, Loan Group 2; for Group 3, Loan Group 3; and for Group 4, Loan Group 4.

  • Note A-6 Securitization Date means the closing date of the Note A-6 Securitization.

  • Eligible Mortgage Loan means, on any date of determination, a Mortgage Loan:

  • Note A-6 Securitization means the first sale by the Note A-6 Holder of all or a portion of Note A-6 to a depositor who will in turn include such portion of Note A-6 as part of the securitization of one or more mortgage loans.

  • Whole Loan Custodial Account means the “Whole Loan Custodial Account” established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Mortgage Loan Group Either Group I or Group II.

  • Note A-4 Securitization Date means the closing date of the Note A-4 Securitization.

  • Class P Mortgage Loan Any of the Class I-P, Class II-P or Class III-P Mortgage Loans.

  • Group 3 Mortgage Loans Those Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Group 3 Mortgage Loans.

  • Subsequent Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan sold by the Depositor to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, such Mortgage Loan being identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached to a Subsequent Transfer Instrument.

  • Note A-3 Securitization Date means the closing date of the Note A-3 Securitization.

  • Group II Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Group II Mortgage Loans.

  • Group I Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Group I Mortgage Loans.

  • Pledged Asset Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan as to which, at the time of origination, a Letter of Credit was issued in favor of the initial holder of such Mortgage Loan.
