Relevant Reference Item definition

Relevant Reference Item means, in respect of a Reference Item specified to be an index, any index or other constituent used for the calculation or determination of such index or any asset or reference basis constituting such Reference Item at the relevant time.

  • If the Reference Source for a Reference Item or Relevant Reference Item is not an exchange, a trading system or a quotation system as determined by the Calculation Agent, the following scenario is deemed to constitute a Market Disruption: It is not possible to determine the price or value (or an element of such price or value) of such Reference Item or Relevant Reference Item by reference to such Reference Source according to the applicable rules or normal procedures.

  • In determining what is material the Calculation Agent may refer to such factors as it may deem appropriate, in particular, the country in which any such issuer is incorporated or, in relation to an index, countries in which the Index or Relevant Reference Item is calculated or published.

  • Otherwise, the Reference Source is the Reference Source determined by the Calculation Agent to be applicable to the valuation of the Reference Item or Relevant Reference Item, as applicable for the purposes of determining its relevant level or value.

  • In such case, the Issuer is subject to certain requirements as regards the use of these Reference Items and related information obligations within the framework of this Securities Note.According to Article 29(2) BMR, the Issuer is required to state in the Securities Note whether, for Securities referencing a Reference Item, the administrator of the Relevant Reference Item is registered in the Register prescribed by the BMR.

  • If the Underlying or a Relevant Reference Item is a Proprietary Index, the relevant index description for such index is deemed to be part of the Specific Terms of the Securities with respect to amendments effected by the Index Sponsor.

  • Relevant Reference Price means the Reference Price on the Final Valuation Date. "Security Holder" means the holder of a Security.

  • Weighted Reference Asset Return means for each Reference Asset contained in the Reference Portfolio and on any day, the product of (i) the Reference Asset Return and (ii) the Reference Asset Weight.

  • Reference Interest Rate means the interest rate which is used as the basis for calculating any interest to be applied and which comes from a publicly available source which can be verified by both parties to a payment service contract;

  • Final Reference Price means an amount (which shall be deemed to be a monetary value in the Underlying Currency) equal to the level of the Index at the Valuation Time on the Valuation Date or the Issuer Call Date, as the case may be, as determined by or on behalf of the Calculation Agent without regard to any subsequently published correction or (if, in the determination of the Calculation Agent, no such level can be determined and no Market Disruption Event has occurred and is continuing) an amount determined by the Calculation Agent as its good faith estimate of the level of the Index on such date having regard to the then prevailing market conditions, the last reported trading price of the Shares and such other factors as the Calculation Agent determines relevant;

  • Final Reference Pricei means the official closing price of the Underlyingi on the Determination Date;

  • Reference Asset Weight means, in respect of a Reference Asset, the proportion of the Reference Portfolio set out under the heading “Reference Portfolio Weight” for such Reference Asset in the table included under “THE REFERENCE PORTFOLIO, subject to adjustments that may be made pursuant to “DESCRIPTION OF THE NOTES – Adjustments and Exceptional Circumstances”.

  • Reference Level means the level of the Index (excluding any flash estimates) published or announced by Eurostat (or any successor entity which publishes such index) in respect of the month that is 12 calendar months prior to the month referred to in “Latest Level” above.

  • Reference Interconnection Offer or “RIO” means a document published by a service provider specifying terms and conditions on which the other service provider may seek interconnection with such service provider;

  • Term SOFR Reference Rate means the forward-looking term rate based on SOFR.
