Relevant Stock definition

Relevant Stock means Relevant Dollar Preference Stock and any preference stock of the Bank carrying similar rights to those set out in this sub-paragraph (e) and ranking pari passu with the Relevant Dollar Preference Stock as regards dividend in respect of which an instalment of preference dividend which would have been payable on the same date as a Relevant Instalment on Relevant Dollar Preference Stock is not to be paid in cash; and
Relevant Stock means Relevant euro Preference Stock and any preference stock of the Bank carrying similar rights to those set out in this subparagraph (e) and ranking pari passu with the Relevant euro Preference Stock as regards dividend in respect of which an instalment of preference dividend which would have been payable on the same date as a Relevant Instalment on Relevant euro Preference Stock is not to be paid in cash; and

  • Securities issued pursuant to the Programme may be listed on the London Stock Exchange and/or any other recognised stock exchange as specified in the Final Terms to each Series (the "Relevant Stock Exchange").

  • Each such Final Terms will be delivered to the Relevant Stock Exchange if the particular Series is listed.

  • These Final Terms are to be read in conjunction with the Base Prospectus, as supplemented and amended from time to time, and all documents which are deemed to be incorporated herein by reference and, to the extent permitted by the law or the regulations of the Relevant Stock Exchange and the relevant listing authority, as applicable, shall be read and construed on the basis that such documents are so incorporated and form part of these Final Terms.

Relevant Stock means relevant Sterling Preference Stock and any preference stock of the Bank carrying similar rights to those set out in this sub-paragraph (e) and ranking pari passu with the Relevant Sterling Preference Stock as regards dividend in respect of which an instalment of preference dividend which would have been payable on the samedate as a Relevant Instalment on Relevant Sterling Preference Stock is not to be paid in cash; and
Relevant Stock means tires and tire rims parts numbers 704PA, 702PA, 702PB, 502PA, 706SB and the products which incorporate these tires and tire rims which formed part of the Stock on Completion acquired by the Purchaser from the Vendor (which, for the avoidance of doubt, includes any Stock which has been ordered by the Vendor prior to Completion but is delivered after Completion);
Relevant Stock means the Company Common Stock and the common stock of each of the constituent companies attached as Exhibit B (the “constituent companies”).
