REMAINING SHELF-LIFE definition

REMAINING SHELF-LIFE shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.4.
REMAINING SHELF-LIFE means, with respect to particular DRUG PRODUCT ordered by SB, the amount of time remaining from the date that such DRUG PRODUCTS are delivered to SB until the expiration date of such DRUG PRODUCTS, which expiration date shall be consistent with the expiration dating approved by the FDA or other relevant regulatory authority. At least [six (6)] months prior to commencement of shipment of DRUG PRODUCTS to SB for commercial sale, the DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE shall establish the minimum amount of Remaining Shelf Life (the "Minimum Shelf Life") that must, on the date of delivery to SB under Section 6.8, remain with respect to DRUG PRODUCTS delivered to SB. Over the term of the Agreement, the DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE may adjust the agreed Minimum Shelf Life period as appropriate. More Definitions of REMAINING SHELF-LIFE

REMAINING SHELF-LIFE at such relevant point in time, shall mean the remaining shelf life of a Product measured against the Shelf Life of such a Product.
REMAINING SHELF-LIFE means, with respect to Product ordered by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and delivered by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, the period of time from the Delivery Date until the expiration date of such Product consistent with the shelf-life approved by the relevant regulatory authority.
