REMAINING SHELF-LIFE means, with respect to Product ordered by Xxxxxxx and delivered by Xxxxxx, the period of time from the Delivery Date until the expiration date of such Product consistent with the shelf-life approved by the relevant regulatory authority. REMAINING SHELF-LIFE means, with respect to particular DRUG PRODUCT ordered by SB, the amount of time remaining from the date that such DRUG PRODUCTS are delivered to SB until the expiration date of such DRUG PRODUCTS, which expiration date shall be consistent with the expiration dating approved by the FDA or other relevant regulatory authority.
