Shelf Life definition

Shelf Life means the period between the date of manufacture and the “Best Before” or “Date of expiry” whichever is earlier as printed on the label;
Shelf Life. The products quality shall remain intact for a 12-month period after Party A receives them, on which the products are unopened and keep at a temperature of 18 degrees Celsius.

Shelf Life. , in relation to any goods, means the length of time for which an item remains usable, fit for consumption, or saleable and includes the expiry date, sell-by date, best-before date or similar other date, stated in relation to goods, being the date after which the goods are considered unsuitable for sale, use or consumption;
