Remarketing Period definition

Remarketing Period means the three Business Day period either (i) beginning on the Remarketing Date and ending after the two immediately following Business Days; (ii) immediately preceding October 1, 2004; or (iii) immediately preceding November 16, 2004.
Remarketing Period means the period beginning on a Remarketing Date and ending on the last day of the term for which Bonds are remarketed pursuant to Section 3.07 hereof or the final Maturity Date of the Bonds, as applicable.
Remarketing Period has the meaning specified in the Indenture Supplement.

  • The Remarketing Rate and the Remarketing Period shall be conclusive and binding upon the Trustee, the Issuer, the Borrower and the Holders for the purposes of this Indenture.
