REMIC Loan definition

REMIC Loan means that certain $88,000,000 issuance of mortgage bonds by the REMIC Partnership pursuant to the terms of an Indenture dated as of February 6, 1997.
REMIC Loan means the $300,000,000 mortgage loan made by Nomura Asset Capital Corporation ("REMIC Lender") to Financing Partnership pursuant to the terms of a Loan Agreement dated as of June 30, 1994 ("REMIC Loan Agreement").
REMIC Loan means the loan to FSA in the original principal amount of $95,000,000, which was made pursuant to the REMIC Loan Agreement and is secured by liens on the FSA Properties.

  • REMIC III Certificate Any Regular Certificate or Class R Certificate.
