REMIC Loss definition

REMIC Loss. The failure of a REMIC to qualify or to continue to qualify as a REMIC or the imposition of a tax under the REMIC Provisions on any income of a REMIC.
REMIC Loss. The failure of the Upper REMIC or Lower REMIC or any portion thereof to qualify or to continue to qualify as a REMIC or the imposition of a tax under the REMIC Provisions on any income of the Upper REMIC or Lower REMIC.
REMIC Loss. The failure of the Series 1996-C REMIC to qualify or to ---------- continue to qualify as a REMIC, or the imposition of a tax under the REMIC Provisions on any income of the Series 1996-C REMIC.

  • At the election of the Trustee, the cost to the Trustee of computing and furnishing The restrictions on transfers of the Residual Bonds of any Series set forth in the preceding three paragraphs shall cease to apply to transfers (and the applicable portions of the legend to such Residual Bonds may be deleted) after delivery to the Trustee of an Opinion of Counsel to the effect that the elimination of such restrictions will not cause a REMIC Loss.

  • REMIC Swap Rate For each Distribution Date (and the related Accrual Period), a per annum rate equal to the Fixed Rate under the Swap Agreement for such Distribution Date, as set forth in the Prospectus Supplement.

  • REMIC II Certificate Any Regular Certificate or Class R Certificate.

  • REMIC IV Distribution Amount shall not cause a reduction in the Class Principal Balances of any of the Classes of REMIC IV Regular Interests; and

  • REMIC Regular Interests The REMIC I Regular Interests and REMIC II Regular Interests.

  • REMIC I Regular Interest Any of the separate non-certificated beneficial ownership interests in REMIC I issued hereunder and designated as a "regular interest" in REMIC I. Each REMIC I Regular Interest shall accrue interest at the related REMIC I Remittance Rate in effect from time to time, and shall be entitled to distributions of principal, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, in an aggregate amount equal to its initial Uncertificated Balance as set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto. The designations for the respective REMIC I Regular Interests are set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto.

  • REMIC III The segregated pool of assets consisting of all of the REMIC II Regular Interests conveyed in trust to the Trustee, for the benefit of the REMIC III Certificateholders pursuant to Section 2.07, and all amounts deposited therein, with respect to which a separate REMIC election is to be made.

  • REMIC A "real estate mortgage investment conduit" within the meaning of Section 860D of the Code.

  • REMIC III Certificate Any Regular Certificate or Class R Certificate.
