REMIC Prohibition Period definition

REMIC Prohibition Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(b)(iv) hereof.
REMIC Prohibition Period means the two-year period commencing with the “startup day” within the meaning of Section 860G(a)(9) of the Internal Revenue Code of any REMIC Trust that holds the Loan.

REMIC Prohibition Period means the earlier of (x) the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the date which is four (4) years after the first Scheduled Payment Date following the date hereof or (y) the two-year period commencing with the "startup day" within the meaning of Section 860G(a)(9) of the Code of any REMIC Trust that holds the Note.
