The Removal Election Notice shall specify the Removal Event, whether such Limited Partners consider the Removal Event to be capable of cure and, if so, the steps required for cure.
Tenant may at any time after delivering an initial Removal Election Request provide a second Removal Election Request stating that Landlord’s failure to respond within the later of (a) ten (10) days after Landlord’s receipt of the initial Removal Election Request, or (b) five (5) days following Landlord’s receipt of such second Removal Election Request shall be deemed Landlord’s election to not require Tenant to remove the Alterations or Permitted Alterations in question.
