Renewable Electricity KPI Satisfaction means, where possible under the electricity market structure in Switzerland, 100 per cent. of the electricity usage of the Swiss Borrower Group which is either generated by the Swiss Borrower Group or is purchased by the Swiss Borrower Group directly from producers or suppliers for the most recently ended financial year for which a CR Report has been published or delivered (as the case may be), was in the form of:
