Renewable Energy Approval definition

Renewable Energy Approval means an approval issued by the Ontario Ministry of the Environment under Section 47.3 of the Environmental Protection Act (Ontario).
Renewable Energy Approval means the approval issued by the Ontario Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change under Section 47.3 of the Environmental Protection Act, RSO 1990, c E.19.
