Renewal Works definition

Renewal Works means the Maintenance Works or other works of renewal, reconstruction, repair or reinstatement required, as agreed or determined at any time in accordance with Clause 19 [Handback], to be carried out in order to procure that the Project Facilities will, on the Expiry Date, satisfy the Handback Requirements.
Renewal Works means all of the work necessary to ensure that the Maintained Elements will comply with the Handback Requirements on the Expiration Date.
Renewal Works means the works of renewal, reconstruction, repair or reinstatement required, as agreed or determined at any time in accordance with Clause 55 (Handback), to be carried out in order to procure that [the Project Facility] will, on the Expiry Date, satisfy the Handback Requirements (other than the Operations).

More Definitions of Renewal Works

Renewal Works means the works of renewal, reconstruction, repair or reinstatement required, as agreed or determined at any time in accordance with Clause 45 (Handback), to be carried out in order to procure that the Airport will, at the expiry of the Concession Period as a result of the effluxion of time, satisfy the Minimum Technical Requirements;
Renewal Works means those activities required to be undertaken by the Developer as 741 part of the Handover Process in order to meet the Handover Standards.
Renewal Works means the rectification, refurbishment, maintenance and remediation works (if any) to be carried out to ensure that the Project Infrastructure complies with the Handback Requirements on the Transfer Date.

Related to Renewal Works

  • Renewal Term has the meaning set out in Section 9.1.

  • residential premises means a house, building, structure, shelter, or mobile home, or portion thereof, used as a dwelling, home, residence, or living place by 1 or more human beings. “Residential premises” includes an apartment unit, a boardinghouse, a rooming house, a mobile home, a mobile home space, and a single or multiple family dwelling, but does not include a hotel, a motel, motor home, or other tourist accommodation, when used as a temporary accommodation for guests or tourists, or premises used as the principal place of residence of the owner and rented occasionally during temporary absences including vacation or sabbatical leave.

  • Customer’s Premises means the land and buildings owned or occupied by a Customer, and any land over which the Customer has an easement or right to pass electricity, including:

  • this Tenant Work Letter means the relevant portion of Sections 1 through 6 of this Tenant Work Letter.

  • Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and

  • The Works means the work or works to be executed or done under this contract.
