Customer is responsible for ensuring that Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) such as a Private Branch Exchange (PBX), provisioned on Xxx’x network is protected from fraudulent or unauthorized access.
Customer further acknowledges that download speeds or other measurements will be highest at the point of delivery into the Customer Premises, and speeds may degrade depending on local area network configuration and/or the local environment.
Without limiting the foregoing, Customer will not be liable for loss of or damage to cable, electronics, structures or Equipment owned by ImOn and located on Customer Premises which occurred as a result of the occurrence of any Force Majeure Event, natural disaster or other casualty loss over which Customer has no control.
In conjunction with the services ordered, Optivon may provide Customer with Customer Premises Equipment (CPE).
ImOn will need access to the Customer Premises from time to time for inspecting, constructing, installing, operating, and maintaining ImOn's Network facilities, Equipment or materials and/or any related facilities.
