Rental company means any person or entity in the business of primarily providing vehicles intended for the private transportation of passengers to the public under a rental agreement for a period not to exceed ninety days.
Rental Car means a private passenger vehicle (including mini-vans and sport utility vehicles) rented from a rental car agency and being used solely for transportation on public roads.
Recreational vehicle park means any tract of land used for parking five or more self-contained recreational vehicles and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the park facilities and any tract of land that is subdivided for lease or other contract of the individual lots for the express or implied purpose of placing self-contained recreational vehicles for recreation, vacation, or business purposes.
Urban renewal area means a slum area or a blighted area or a combination thereof which the municipality designates as appropriate for an urban renewal project.
