The Customer shall deliver up the Hardware at the end of the Rental Period or on earlier termination of this Agreement at such address as Supplier requires, or if necessary allow Supplier or its representatives to access the applicable Customer Sites or any premises where the Hardware is located for the purpose of removing the Hardware.
At the end of the Rental Period (whether as the result of the termination or expiry of the relevant Product or the termination of the Contract as a whole or otherwise), Customer shall immediately and unconditionally return the Rented Hardware to Keyloop in the same condition in which it was installed, fair wear and tear excepted.
The standard rental period is five (5) days (including the dates of both collection & return) ("Rental Period") unless Xxxxx expressly agrees in writing otherwise.
Customer shall during the Rental Period keep and operate the Rented Hardware in a proper and prudent manner in accordance with the operating instructions of Keyloop and/or the manufacturer of the Rented Hardware.
Keyloop shall during the Rental Period repair or (at its option) replace any Rented Hardware that is damaged or defective, provided that any such damage or defect is not attributable directly or indirectly to any Default by Customer..
