Rented Premises definition

Rented Premises means a building or part of a building which is let out for residential purpose or which may be used as a temporary place of abode but shall not include a hotel or a hostel; and
Rented Premises means the premises over which the Companies have possession by virtue of leases;
Rented Premises means the Company’s offices at 10, xxxxx xx Xxxxx-Xxxxxx, 0000 Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxx;

More Definitions of Rented Premises

Rented Premises a unit of the upper floor of Building 6 of the Rented Premises that is marked in red on the plan, with an overall area of 634 square meters (Appendix I to this Contract) including 5 parking places as marked on the plan, Appendix I.
