REO Property Rental Fee. With respect to any REO Property rented by Servicer for the benefit of Owner as part of Servicer’s management thereof, the REO Property Rental Fee as set forth in Exhibit 9. RESPA: Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, as amended from time to time.

  • Rental Fee A fee charged by the Contractor for the rental of a compactor or roll-off container.

  • Ground Rent means any rent, additional rent or other charge payable by the tenant under the Ground Lease.

  • Special Servicing Fee shall have the meaning given to such term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Property Management Fee means the fee payable to the Manager for its day-to-day management of the Property pursuant to the Management Agreement.

  • Master Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 2.03(b) in respect of any waived (or, with respect to subsequent changes of law, any unenforceable) Prepayment Charges.

  • REO Revenues All income, rents, profits and proceeds derived from the ownership, operation or leasing of any REO Property.

  • Additional Rents means amounts payable under any Lease for (i) the payment of additional rent based upon a percentage of the Tenant’s business during a specified annual or other period (sometimes referred to as “percentage rent”), (ii) so-called common area maintenance or “CAM” charges, and (iii) so called “escalation rent” or additional rent based upon such tenant’s allocable share of insurance, real estate taxes or operating expenses or labor costs or cost of living or xxxxxx’x wages or otherwise.

  • Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Servicer in respect of any waived Prepayment Charges pursuant to Section 2.05 or Section 3.01.

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • 60+ Day Delinquent Mortgage Loan (i) Each Mortgage Loan with respect to which any portion of a Scheduled Payment is, as of the last day of the prior Due Period, two months or more past due (without giving effect to any grace period), including, without limitation, such Mortgage Loans that are subject to bankruptcy proceedings, (ii) each Mortgage Loan in foreclosure and (iii) all REO Property.

  • Special Servicing Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Gross Rents means the actual sum of money or other consideration payable for the use or possession of property. "Gross rents" shall include, but not be limited to:

  • Collection Costs means an amount that the Municipality can charge with regard to the enforcement of a consumer’s monetary obligations;

  • Delinquent Mortgage Loan The meaning ascribed thereto in Section 11.02.

  • Leasing Costs means, with respect to a particular Lease, all capital costs, expenses incurred for capital improvements, equipment, painting, decorating, partitioning and other items to satisfy the initial construction obligations of the landlord under such Lease (including any expenses incurred for architectural or engineering services in respect of the foregoing), “tenant allowances” in lieu of or as reimbursements for the foregoing items, payments made for purposes of satisfying or terminating the obligations of the tenant under such Lease to the landlord under another lease (i.e., lease buyout costs), relocation costs, temporary leasing costs, leasing commissions, brokerage commissions, legal, design and other professional fees and costs, in each case, to the extent the landlord is responsible for the payment of such cost or expense under the relevant Lease or any other agreement relating to such Lease.

  • Gross Rent means the rent for a set-aside unit, including any applicable utility allowances, in compliance with the rent limits applicable to the property for 2020. Gross rent does include optional fees included in the household’s lease, including but not limited to, washer/dryer, cable, parking, etc., as long as they are included in the lease or addendums to the lease. In addition, when a utility that is purchased from or through a local utility company by the Development, who in turn bills residents for actual consumption of the utility will also be eligible when the applicable utility allowance for the Development includes a deduction for the utility and the household’s lease specifies that the resident is responsible for the utility.

  • Additional Servicing Expenses means (a) all Property Protection Advances, fees and/or expenses incurred by and reimbursable to any Servicer, Trustee, Certificate Administrator or fiscal agent pursuant to the Servicing Agreement relating solely to the Mortgage Loan, and (b) all interest accrued on Advances made by (x) any Servicer or Trustee in accordance with the terms of the Servicing Agreement or (y) any Non-Lead Servicer or Non-Lead Trustee in accordance with the terms of the Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Contract Fee means the lump sum rates as outlined in Schedule ‘B’ – Quote Form.

  • Nonrecoverable Property Protection Advance shall have the meaning assigned to the term in the Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Master Servicing Fee As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to one-twelfth the product of (a) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of each Mortgage Loan. Master Servicing Fee Rate: 0.00% per annum.

  • Excess Rent means the excess of (a) all consideration received by Tenant from a Transfer over (b) Rent payable under this Lease after deducting reasonable tenant improvements paid for by Tenant, reasonable attorneys’ fees and any other reasonable out-of-pocket costs paid by Tenant as a result of the Transfer (but specifically excluding any Rent paid to Landlord while the Premises is vacant).

  • Monthly Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in subsection 3.01.
