Repair Event definition

Repair Event means each individual event where repairs are required in respect of the Vehicle.
Repair Event means the occurrence of any Casualty Event or Event of Eminent Domain involving a probable loss of $5,000,000 or more.
Repair Event means one of the following: a) at anytime hereafter but prior to the Closing Date, ICM determines that the Facility has not satisfied the Performance Criteria and has determined that the Repair Costs are $1,000,000 or less; or b) at any time hereafter but prior to the Closing Date, ICM determines that the Facility has not satisfied the Performance Criteria, has determined that the Repair Costs are in excess of $1,000,000 and Seller timely sends a Repair Notice.

  • Condemnation Event means any act of taking by a public or quasi-public authority through condemnation, reverse condemnation or eminent domain.

  • Repair means to restore to proper operating condition a tank, pipe, spill prevention equipment, overfill prevention equipment, corrosion protection equipment, release detection equipment or other UST system component that has caused a release of product from the UST system or has failed to function properly.

  • Data Loss Event means any event that results, or may result, in unauthorised access to Personal Data held by the Contractor under this Agreement, and/or actual or potential loss and/or destruction of Personal Data in breach of this Agreement, including any Personal Data Breach.

  • Repairs means the repairs to be made to the Mortgaged Property, as described on the Repair Schedule of Work (Exhibit C) or as otherwise required by Lender in accordance with this Loan Agreement.

  • Emergency Event means any situation arising from sudden and reasonably unforeseen natural disaster such as earthquake, flood, fire, or other acts of God, or other unforeseen events beyond the control of the portable engine or equipment unit operator, its officers, employees, and contractors that threatens public health and safety and that requires the immediate temporary operation of portable engines or equipment units to help alleviate the threat to public health and safety.

  • Casualty Event means any event that gives rise to the receipt by the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary of any insurance proceeds or condemnation awards in respect of any equipment, fixed assets or real property (including any improvements thereon) to replace or repair such equipment, fixed assets or real property.
