Repeatedly disruptive means engaging in conduct which results in the removal of the students from the classroom by teacher(s) pursuant to the provisions of Education Law 3214 (3-a) and the provisions set forth in this Code of Conduct on four or more occasions during a semester, or three of more occasions during a trimester, as applicable.
