Disrupted Day definition

Disrupted Day means any Scheduled Trading Day on which the Exchange or any Related Exchange fails to open for trading during its regular trading session or on which a Market Disruption Event has occurred.
Disrupted Day means (a) in respect of an Index (other than a Multiple Exchange Index), any Scheduled Trading Day in respect of such Index on which a relevant Exchange or any Related Exchange fails to open for trading during its regular trading session or on which a Market Disruption Event in respect of such Index has occurred or (b) in respect of a Multiple Exchange Index, any Scheduled Trading Day in respect of such Index on which (i) the Index Sponsor fails to publish the level of the Index; (ii) any Related Exchange fails to open for trading during its regular trading session; or (iii) a Market Disruption Event in respect of such Index has occurred.
Disrupted Day. Any Scheduled Trading Day on which: (i) the Index Sponsor fails to publish the level of the Index; (ii) the Related Exchange fails to open for trading during its regular trading session; or (iii) a Market Disruption Event has occurred.   • The day falling ten (10) Business Days immediately following the relevant Optional Redemption Valuation Date.The last Relevant Business Day in March in each year commencing in March of the calendar year after the Issue Date, subject to adjustment in the event that such day is a Disrupted Day as provided in the definition of Valuation Date in Condition 25.

More Definitions of Disrupted Day

Disrupted Day means any Scheduled Trading Day on which (i) the Exchange fails to open for trading during its regular trading session, (ii) any Related Exchange fails to open for trading during its regular trading session or (iii) on which a Market Disruption Event has occurred.
