Replacement Credit definition

Replacement Credit means a credit issued by us at our discretion that can be redeemed at a Retail Partner store of our choice for you to purchase a replacement Appliance.
Replacement Credit means an Environmental Product delivered by a Warranting Seller in satisfaction of its Revocation Obligations in respect of a Revoked Credit, which Replacement Credit meets the delivery specifications of the Physically Settled Environmental Futures Transaction under which the Revoked Credit was delivered by the Warranting Seller;
Replacement Credit means the excess of the sum of the amounts stated pursuant to Items (vi) and (vii) of the Maintenance Certificate over the amount stated pursuant to Item (iii).
