Replacement Reserve Agreement definition

Replacement Reserve Agreement means a Replacement Reserve and Security Agreement, reasonably required by the Lender, and completed in accordance with the requirements of the DUS Guide.
Replacement Reserve Agreement means any Replacement Reserve Agreement between the Borrower and the Funding Lender, as the same may be amended, restated or supplemented from time to time.
Replacement Reserve Agreement means the Replacement Reserve Agreement, of even date herewith, between the Borrower and the Funding Lender, as the same may be amended, restated or supplemented from time to time.
