Replacement Device definition

Replacement Device means the Device to switch the damaged Covered Device under the Switch Service
Replacement Device means the device to switch or replace the damaged or stolen Covered Device under the Switch Service or Replacement Service.
Replacement Device means the specific cell phone or tablet computer and accessories thereto, if any, issued to You as replacement for a Device, as more fully described in Your amended Rental Schedule, where applicable;

More Definitions of Replacement Device

Replacement Device and “replacement product” means a new, refurbished, or remanufactured product of similar or equal functionality and features that performs to the factory specifications of the covered product.
Replacement Device means a CPAP, BiPAP, ventilator or similar device that is comparable to the replaced Philips RS Recalled Device and that was purchased, leased, rented, or otherwise paid for directly by a User (in whole or part), but only on or after June 14, 2021 and prior to the Execution Date, to replace the Philips RS Recalled Device, as set forth in Section 3.4 below.
