Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in the event any special equipment or additional labor is required to deliver the Replacement Materials to the point of installation, EPC Contractor shall be responsible for payment of all additional costs relating to such special equipment and additional labor.
Escrow Holder will destroy or return to Licensor all materials that are replaced by the Replacement Materials.

Replacement Materials The Supplier shall ensure that the programmed replacement of materials and components comply with the requirements of the Contracting Body’s requirements.
