Reporting Period definition

Reporting Period shall begin on the first day of each calendar quarter and end on the last day of such calendar quarter.
Reporting Period shall end on December 31, 2033, which is two years after the Eligibility Deadline.

  • COMPANY may offset a total of fifty percent (50%) of any expenses incurred under Sections 7.2 and 7.3 against any payments due to MIT under Article 4, provided that in no event shall such payments under Article 4, when aggregated with any other offsets and credits allowed under this Agreement, be reduced by more than fifty percent (50%) in any REPORTING PERIOD.

  • Books of account and supporting records shall be retained for at least seven (7) years following the later of (i) the end of the REPORTING PERIOD to which they pertain, or (ii) the end of the calendar year in which any request for an audit under this Section is made.

  • Such amount shall be payable for each REPORTING PERIOD and shall be due to MIT within sixty (60) days of the end of each REPORTING PERIOD.

  • Running royalties shall be payable for each REPORTING PERIOD and shall be due to MIT within sixty (60) days of the end of each REPORTING PERIOD.


More Definitions of Reporting Period

Reporting Period means, for any Payment Date and for purposes of making calculations with respect to the hypothetical structure and Reference Tranches, the second calendar month preceding the month of such Payment Date.
Reporting Period means each three month period ending March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31.
