Reporting Period definition

Reporting Period shall begin on the first day of each calendar quarter and end on the last day of such calendar quarter.

Reporting Period means, for any Payment Date and for purposes of making calculations with respect to the hypothetical structure and Reference Tranches, the second calendar month preceding the month of such Payment Date.
Reporting Period means each three month period ending March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31.
Reporting Period means the period of twelve consecutive months immediately prior to July 1 of the calendar year immediately preceding the beginning of the registration year for which apportioned registration is sought. However, if the registration year begins on any date in July, August, or September, the reporting period shall be the previous such twelve-month period.
