Reporting Party definition

Reporting Party means any person who alleges that a student has violated this Code.
Reporting Party. The Depositor, any Originator, the Master Servicer, any Servicer, any originator defined in the Prospectus Supplement, any swap or corridor contract counterparty, any credit enhancement provider described herein and any other material transaction party (excluding the Trustee and the Custodians) as may be mutually agreed between the Depositor and the Master Servicer from time to time for the purpose of complying with the requirements of the Commission.
Reporting Party means any person who reports sexual harassment or conduct that could constitute sexual harassment, whether or not the person reporting is the person alleged to be the victim.

  • Such notice shall contain all information reasonably necessary, and in such form as may be necessary, to enable the Certificate Administrator, as well as any Other Exchange Act Reporting Party as to which the applicable Serviced Companion Loan is affected, to accurately and timely report the event under Item 6.02 of Form 8-K pursuant to Section 10.07 of this Agreement (if such reports under the Exchange Act are required to be filed under the Exchange Act).

  • Any reasonable cost and expense of the Master Servicer, Special Servicer, Operating Advisor, the Asset Representations Reviewer, Custodian, Trustee and Certificate Administrator in cooperating with such Other Depositor or Other Exchange Act Reporting Party of such Other Securitization Trust (above and beyond their expressed duties hereunder) shall be the responsibility of such Other Depositor or Other Securitization Trust.


More Definitions of Reporting Party

Reporting Party shall have the meaning set forth in Section 19.6 hereof.
Reporting Party means any individual who reports Prohibited Conduct. A Reporting Party may also be a Complainant.
