At any time prior to Public Reporting Status being obtained, no later than February 28th of each fiscal year of Issuer, a consolidated plan and financial forecast of Issuer and its Subsidiaries for such fiscal year, and promptly (and in any event within seven (7) days of the approval thereof) any amendment to any such plan and forecast which is approved by the Board of Directors of Issuer.
