Reporting Service definition

Reporting Service means Bloomberg LP or if that service is not then reporting the relevant information regarding the Common Stock, a comparable reporting service of national reputation selected by a Majority in Interest of the Holders and reasonably acceptable to the Company.

More Definitions of Reporting Service

Reporting Service means the Services that help brands calculate the impact and ROI of events, campaigns and product or collection launches and evaluate top performing voices and channels plus understand which audiences were activated.
