Request Document means this Request to Qualify and Quote document comprised of sections listed in the Table of Contents, issued by Metrolinx for the Services to be provided, and any Addenda thereto.

  • The E-Bid Authorized Signer does not have to be either the person placing the order for the Request Document on MERX, nor do they have to be subscribed to MERX.

  • If the box below is left blank, the Proponent will be deemed to declare that (a) there was no Conflict of Interest in preparing its Submission; and (b) there is no foreseeable Conflict of Interest in performing the contractual obligations contemplated in the Request Document.

  • The Form of Request shall not be retyped, and entries shall be made directly on the Request Document Forms provided by Metrolinx.

Related to Request Document

  • Bid Document - shall mean the document submitted by the bidder, pursuant to understanding and agreeing with the terms and conditions set out in this Tender Document.

  • Filed document means a document filed with the Secretary of State under any provision of this Title except chapter 15 or section 1621; and

  • Acceptance Test Document means a document, which defines procedures for testing the functioning of installed system. The document will be finalized with the contractor within 7 days of issuance of the Letter of Award.

  • Drawing Document means any Letter of Credit or other document presented for purposes of drawing under any Letter of Credit.

  • Policy Document means this Policy wording the Schedule (which is attached to and forms part of this Policy and includes any Annexure or endorsement to it and, if more than one, then, the latest in time) and the Proposal Form.

  • Document or “Documentation” means documentation in printed or written form, or in tapes, discs, drawings, computer programmes, writings, reports, photographs, films, cassettes, or expressed in any other written, electronic, audio or visual form;

  • Related Documentation means, with respect to Software, all materials, documentation (including control documentation utilized in connection with an audit), specifications, technical manuals, user manuals, flow diagrams, file descriptions and other written information that describes the function and use of such Software, but excluding source code.

  • Contract Document means collectively the e-Tender documents, designs, drawings, specifications, agreed variations, if any and such other documents constituting the e-Tender and acceptance thereof.

  • L/C Related Documents has the meaning specified in Section 2.06(b)(i).

  • Scheme Document means this document including its Annexures, any addenda or corrigendum to this Scheme Document and/ or any other document issued pursuant hereto.
