Cost allocation plan means central service cost allocation plan, public assistance cost allocation plan, and indirect cost rate proposal. Each of these terms are further defined in this section.
Authorized Allocation means an amount equivalent to $500,000 to be withdrawn from the Credit Account and deposited into the Special Account pursuant to paragraph 3 (a) of this Schedule.
Asset Allocation The following single issuer limits shall apply on a market value basis, with exception of Money-Market funds and US Treasury Bills, which may be held without limit:
Waste load allocation means (i) the water quality-based annual mass load of total nitrogen or
Wasteload allocation or "wasteload" or "WLA" means the portion of a receiving surface water's loading or assimilative capacity allocated to one of its existing or future point sources of pollution. WLAs are a type of water quality-based effluent limitation.
Initial Allocation means the conditional setting aside by MBOH of HCs from a particular year’s federal LIHTC allocation to the state for purposes of later Carryover Commitment and/or Final Allocation to a particular Project, as documented by and subject to the requirements and conditions set forth in a written Reservation Agreement, the Applicable QAP and federal law.
Final Allocation has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.
Agreed Allocation means any allocation, other than a Required Allocation, of an item of income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.1, including a Curative Allocation (if appropriate to the context in which the term “Agreed Allocation” is used).
Claims Allocation and Handling Agreement means the agreement of that name approved by XXX;
Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Certification As defined in Section 11.09.
Crew Support Costs means all expenses of a general nature which are not particularly referable to any individual vessel for the time being managed by the Managers and which are incurred by the Managers for the purpose of providing an efficient and economic management service and, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, shall include the cost of crew standby pay, training schemes for officers and ratings, cadet training schemes, sick pay, study pay, recruitment and interviews.
Additional Fees means, where applicable, those fees and charges for the Additional Goods/Services and additional costs and levies required from time to time and notified to you in advance, to provide adequately for the education and related activities and services provided to your Child/the Student, including but not limited to the costs of extra-curricular activities or special educational needs.
Transfer Costs means the cost of registration of Transfer arising herefrom calculated with reference to the fee chargeable in terms of the recommended guideline of conveyancing fees, and all incidental disbursements necessary to effect registration, together with VAT on such costs and disbursements, but specifically excluding any costs relating to mortgage bond registration;
Modification Loss A decrease in the total payments due from a Borrower as a result of a modification of such Mortgage Loans following a default or reasonably expected default thereon. If a Modification Loss results in a decrease in the Note Rate of a Mortgage Loan, such Modification Loss shall be treated as occurring on each Due Date to the extent of such decrease.
Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Certification As defined in Section 11.05.
Disbursement Schedule means the disbursement schedule as set out in an FAA;
Monthly Total Principal Allocation means for any Related Month the sum of all Series 2015-3 Principal Allocations with respect to such Related Month.
Cost-plus-a-percentage-of-cost contract means a contract under which the contractor is paid a percentage of the total actual expenses or costs in addition to the contractor's actual expenses or costs.
Maximum allowable cost list means a list of drugs for

Advance Reimbursement Amount has the meaning stated in Section 4.4(b) of the Servicing Supplement.
Plan of Allocation means the proposed plan of allocation of the Net Settlement Fund set forth in the Notice.
Additional Fee means a fee, in addition to the licence fee, imposed by the municipality on a business at any time during the term of the licence for costs incurred by the municipality attributable to the activities of the business;
BASE budget means the minimum general fund budget of a district, which includes 80% of the basic

Required Allocations means (a) any limitation imposed on any allocation of Net Losses or Net Termination Losses under Section 6.1(b) or 6.1(c)(ii) and (b) any allocation of an item of income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to Section 6.1(d)(i), 6.1(d)(ii), 6.1(d)(iv), 6.1(d)(vii) or 6.1(d)(ix).
