Request for Letter of Credit definition

Request for Letter of Credit means a written request for a Letter of Credit substantially in the form of Exhibit H, signed by a Responsible Official of Borrower, and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.

Request for Letter of Credit has the meaning provided in Section 2.8(b).

Request for Letter of Credit means a request for the issuance of a Letter of Credit substantially in the form of Exhibit N attached hereto.

Examples of Request for Letter of Credit in a sentence

• The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the Issuing Lender whether such Request for Letter of Credit, and the issuance of a Letter of Credit pursuant thereto, conforms to the requirements of this Agreement.

• The Administrative Agent shall notify each Lender of such Request for Letter of Credit and the terms of the requested Letter of Credit.

• Unless the Issuing Lender has notified, in its sole and absolute discretion, Borrower to the contrary not less than three (3) days prior to the date of any Request for Letter of Credit, a Request for Letter of Credit may be delivered to the Issuing Lender by facsimile by a Responsible Official of Borrower, in which case Borrower shall confirm such request by promptly delivering a Request for Letter of Credit (conforming to the preceding sentence) in person to the Issuing Lender.
