Request for Loan definition

Request for Loan means a written request for a Loan substantially in the form of Exhibit E, signed by a Senior Officer of the applicable Borrower and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.

Request for Loan means a written request for a Loan substantially in the form of Exhibit D, signed by a Responsible Official of Borrower, on behalf of Borrower, and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.

Request for Loan means a written request for a Loan substantially in the form of Exhibit J, signed by a Responsible Official of a Borrower, on behalf of that Borrower, and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.

Examples of Request for Loan in a sentence

• If at the time of such notice there is then pending a Request for Loan that specifies a Eurodollar Rate Loan, such Request for Loan shall be deemed to specify a Base Rate Loan.

• The Agent shall promptly deliver the Request for Loan to the Lenders.

More Definitions of Request for Loan

Request for Loan means a written request for a Loan substantially in the form of Exhibit K, signed by a Senior Officer of Borrower, on behalf of Borrower, and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.

Request for Loan means with respect to a Borrowing, conversion or continuation of Loans, a Loan Notice.

Request for Loan means a written request for a Loan substantially in the form of Exhibit F, signed by a Senior Officer of the applicable Borrower and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.

Request for Loan means a request for a Loan signed by a Responsible Official of Borrower, in a form reasonably designated from time to time by the Administrative Agent.
