Request Window definition

Request Window means the twelve (12) month period commencing from the Effective Date; and
Request Window means the twenty-four (24) month period commencing from the Commencement Date (inclusive of Commencement Date);
Request Window means the forty-two (42) month period commencing from the Effective Date (inclusive of Effective Date);

  • Interconnection Requests must be submitted during a Request Window.

There is no queue for Informational Interconnection Studies.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, NLT shall have no obligation to accept any Requests submitted after the expiry of the Request Window and any Requests submitted after the expiry of the Request Window shall not count toward fulfilment of the Minimum Volume Commitment.

  • Transmission Provider shall deem any Interconnection Requests received outside of the Cluster Request Window as invalid.
