Requesting Person. ’ means (i) each Requisite Holder, (ii) the beneficial owner or beneficial owners, if different, on whose behalf the Special Meeting Request is being delivered to NASDAQ OMX’s Corporate Secretary and (iii) any affiliate or associate of such stockholder or beneficial owner. Information disclosed in one section of the Record Date Request Notice, or an Exhibit, Annex or Schedule thereto, in response to one provision of this Section 14(c) shall not be deemed responsive to any other provision of this Section 14(c) unless it is expressly cross-referenced to such other provision. For a Record Date Request Notice to comply with the requirements of this Section 14(c), it must set forth in writing directly within the body (as opposed to being incorporated by reference from any other document or writing not included with, and made a part of, the Record Date Request Notice) of the Record Date Request Notice all the information required to be included therein as set forth in this Section 14(c). For the avoidance of doubt, a Record Date Request Notice shall not be deemed to be in compliance with this Section 14(c) if it attempts to include the required information by incorporating by reference any other document, writing or part thereof not included with, and made a part of, the Record Date Request Notice where such information may be included.
