Required Cash definition

Required Cash means the sum of Broker-Dealer Required Cash, OCC-Regulated Subsidiary Required Cash and HUD-Regulated Subsidiary Required Cash; provided, that to the extent, after the Effective Date, the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries shall acquire or create any new “regulated” Domestic Subsidiary that shall not be required to guaranty the Obligations pursuant to the Guarantee, then the definition of “Required Cash” shall also include the required cash of any such Person, which required cash shall be calculated in a substantially equivalent manner as Broker-Dealer Required Cash, OCC-Regulated Subsidiary Required Cash and HUD-Regulated Subsidiary Required Cash have been calculated and otherwise in a manner mutually agreed between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
Required Cash means $800,000,000, as adjusted pursuant to Section 2.6 hereof.

Required Cash means (i) $16,337,538 if the Closing Date occurs in July ------------- 2001, (ii) $14,587,538 if the Closing Date occurs in August 2001 and (iii) $12,837,538 if the Closing Date occurs after August 31, 2001; provided, however, that Required Cash shall be increased in each case by $720,000 if the Purchaser elects to purchase the Purchaser D&O Policy as provided in
