These calculations include, but are not limited to, Conversion Value, the Conversion Date, the Volume Weighted Average Price, the Conversion Reference Period, the Closing Price, the Conversion Price, the Required Cash Amount, the Applicable Conversion Rate and the number of shares of Common Stock, if any, to be issued upon conversion of the Notes.
