Required Cash Amount definition

Required Cash Amount means an amount equal to the Cash Settlement Amount;
Required Cash Amount means (i) $10 million in Cash and Cash Equivalents on March 31, 2009 and on the last day of each calendar quarter thereafter through (and including) March 31, 2010; and (ii) $13 million in Cash and Cash Equivalents on June 30, 2010 and on the last day of each calendar quarter thereafter until Maturity.
Required Cash Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 5.18(b).

More Definitions of Required Cash Amount

Required Cash Amount means, with respect to each Theatre, the amount of Cash and Cash Equivalents normally maintained by Parent and the Companies at such Theatre in the ordinary course of business and consistent with historical practice (taking into account seasonal usage patterns); provided that, for each Theatre, the Required Cash Amount for such Theatre shall not be less than the amount of Cash and Cash Equivalents set forth on Schedule 2(d) with respect to such Theatre.
