Required Exchange definition

Required Exchange means, in respect of an Index specified as a Multi-Exchange Index or a Proprietary Index, the exchange(s) so specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement.
Required Exchange means, unless otherwise specified in the Final Terms, in respect of any of the following Indices, the following Exchanges:
Required Exchange means all Exchanges.

Examples of Required Exchange in a sentence

  • If the Bonds can be sold for a price that is at least equal to the Terminating Mandatory Tender Date Required Exchange Price, the Administrator will sell the Bonds on the Terminating Mandatory Tender Date to the party that has committed, by the close of the Administrator’s business on the Business Day preceding the Terminating Mandatory Tender Date, to purchase the Bonds at the Commitment Price.

  • If the Bonds cannot be sold for a price that is at least equal to the Terminating Mandatory Tender Date Required Exchange Price, the Series Pool will be liquidated in accordance with the provisions of Section 13.03(c).

  • If the Affected Bonds cannot be sold for a price that is at least equal to the Taxability Termination Required Exchange Price, the Series Pool will be liquidated in part in accordance with the provisions of Section 13.04(c)(iii).

  • If the Bonds cannot be sold for a price that is at least equal to the Termination (Other than Taxability) Required Exchange Price, the Series Pool will be liquidated in accordance with the provisions of Section 13.04(b)(iii).

  • In the case of either a Liquidity Failure or a Tender Option Termination Event described in Section 7.01(a)(iii) hereof, if the Bonds can be sold for a price that is at least equal to the sum of the amounts specified in clauses (A) through (C) of the next subparagraph (the “Total Termination Required Exchange Price”), the Series Pool will be liquidated in accordance with the provisions of Section 13.04(b)(ii).

  • If the Assets can be sold for a price that is at least equal to the Terminating Mandatory Tender Date Required Exchange Price, the Administrator will sell the Assets on the Terminating Mandatory Tender Date to the party that has committed, by the close of the Administrator’s business on the Business Day preceding the Terminating Mandatory Tender Date, to purchase the Assets at the Commitment Price.

  • If the Assets can be sold for a price that is at least equal to the sum of the amounts specified in clauses (A) through (C) of the next subparagraph (the “Terminating Mandatory Tender Date Required Exchange Price”), the Series Pool will be liquidated in accordance with the provisions of the next subparagraph.

  • In the case of either a Liquidity Failure, Credit Failure or a Tender Option Termination Event described in Sections 7.01(a)(i) or 7.01(a)(iii) hereof, if the Bonds can be sold for a price that is at least equal to the sum of the amounts specified in clauses (A) through (C) of the next subparagraph (the “Total Termination Required Exchange Price”), the Series Pool will be liquidated in accordance with the provisions of Section 13.04(b)(ii).

  • If the Assets cannot be sold for a price that is at least equal to the Termination Required Exchange Price, the Series Pool will be liquidated in accordance with the provisions of Section 13.04(b)(iii).

  • If the Assets can be sold for a price that is at least equal to the sum of the amounts specified in clauses (A) through (C) of the next subparagraph (the “Termination Required Exchange Price”), the Series Pool will be liquidated in accordance with the provisions of the next subparagraph.

Required Exchange means, in respect of Index(6), the London Stock Exchange, the New York Stock Exchange and the Tokyo Stock Exchange;

Related to Required Exchange

  • Approved Exchange means the New York Stock Exchange and/or the Nasdaq Stock Market.

  • Related Exchange means each exchange or quotation system where trading has a material effect (as determined by the Calculation Agent) on the overall market for futures or options contracts relating to the FTSE 100, including any transferee or successor to any such exchange or quotation system or any substitute exchange or quotation system to which trading in futures or options contracts relating to the FTSE 100 has temporarily relocated (provided that the Calculation Agent has determined that there is comparable liquidity relative to

  • Designated Exchange means any of The New York Stock Exchange, The NASDAQ Global Select Market, The NASDAQ Global Market, or any successor to any of the foregoing.

  • Permitted Exchange means any of The New York Stock Exchange, The NASDAQ Global Select Market or The NASDAQ Global Market (or any of their respective successors).

  • Specified Exchange means the Australian Stock Exchange, the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, the London Stock Exchange Main Market, the Nasdaq Stock Market, the New York Stock Exchange, or the Hong Kong Stock Exchange;
