Required Exchange definition

Required Exchange means, in respect of an Index specified as a Multi-Exchange Index or a Proprietary Index, the exchange(s) so specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement.
Required Exchange means all Exchanges.

Examples of Required Exchange in a sentence

  • For purposes of this paragraph 4 of this Part C of this Article Third, the term "Exchange Rate" shall mean the number of Exchange Shares for which each share of Wireless Group Common Stock shall be exchangeable pursuant to a Board Required Exchange or a Significant Transaction Exchange, determined as follows.
