Stated Expiry Date is defined in Section 2.6.
Swingline Expiry Date means that date which is five Business Days prior to the Revolving Loan Maturity Date.
Commitment Expiry Date means the date that is three (3) years following the Closing Date.

Letter of Credit Expiration Date means the day that is seven days prior to the Maturity Date then in effect (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day).
Letter of Credit Maturity Date the date occurring 15 days prior to the Revolving Termination Date then in effect (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day).
Commercial LC Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding commercial Letters of Credit at such time plus (b) the aggregate amount of all LC Disbursements relating to commercial Letters of Credit that have not yet been reimbursed by or on behalf of the Borrowers at such time. The Commercial LC Exposure of any Revolving Lender at any time shall be its Applicable Percentage of the total Commercial LC Exposure at such time.
Commitment Expiration Date means the date on which IHCDA’s commitment under the Program expires.
Letter of Credit Termination Date means the tenth day preceding the Termination Date.
Letter of Credit Default means with respect to a Letter of Credit, the occurrence of any of the following events:
Unissued Letter of Credit Commitment means, with respect to any Issuing Bank, the obligation of such Issuing Bank to issue Letters of Credit for the account of the Borrower or its specified Subsidiaries in an amount equal to the excess of (a) the amount of its Letter of Credit Commitment over (b) the aggregate Available Amount of all Letters of Credit issued by such Issuing Bank.
Letter of Credit Facility means, at any time, an amount equal to the amount of the Issuing Bank's Letter of Credit Commitment at such time, as such amount may be reduced at or prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.05.
Letter of Credit Collateralization means either (a) providing cash collateral (pursuant to documentation reasonably satisfactory to Agent, including provisions that specify that the Letter of Credit Fees and all commissions, fees, charges and expenses provided for in Section 2.11(k) of the Agreement (including any fronting fees) will continue to accrue while the Letters of Credit are outstanding) to be held by Agent for the benefit of the Revolving Lenders in an amount equal to 105% of the then existing Letter of Credit Usage, (b) delivering to Agent documentation executed by all beneficiaries under the Letters of Credit, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent and Issuing Bank, terminating all of such beneficiaries’ rights under the Letters of Credit, or (c) providing Agent with a standby letter of credit, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent, from a commercial bank acceptable to Agent (in its sole discretion) in an amount equal to 105% of the then existing Letter of Credit Usage (it being understood that the Letter of Credit Fee and all fronting fees set forth in the Agreement will continue to accrue while the Letters of Credit are outstanding and that any such fees that accrue must be an amount that can be drawn under any such standby letter of credit).
Fronted Letter of Credit means a standby Letter of Credit issued by an Issuing Lender having an L/C Fronting Commitment in which each Lender purchases a risk participation pursuant to Section 3.4.
Extended Letter of Credit has the meaning given that term in Section 2.3.(b).
Revolving Credit Expiration Date The term "Revolving Credit Expiration Date" means the earlier to occur of (a) August 12, 2000, as the same may be extended from time to time in the sole and absolute discretion of the Bank or (b) the date on which this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 3.03 hereof.
Letter of Credit means any letter of credit issued hereunder. A Letter of Credit may be a commercial letter of credit or a standby letter of credit.
Facility Letter of Credit means a Letter of Credit issued by an Issuer pursuant to Section 2.15.
Commercial Letter of Credit means any letter of credit or similar instrument issued for the purpose of providing the primary payment mechanism in connection with the purchase of any materials, goods or services by Company or any of its Subsidiaries in the ordinary course of business of Company or such Subsidiary.
Supporting Letter of Credit has the meaning specified in Section 1.3(g).
L/C Expiration Date means the day that is thirty days prior to the Maturity Date then in effect (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day).
Letter of Credit Availability Period the period from and including the Closing Date to but excluding the Letter of Credit Maturity Date.
Standby LC Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate undrawn amount of all standby Letters of Credit outstanding at such time plus (b) the aggregate amount of all LC Disbursements relating to standby Letters of Credit that have not yet been reimbursed by or on behalf of the Borrowers at such time. The Standby LC Exposure of any Revolving Lender at any time shall be its Applicable Percentage of the aggregate Standby LC Exposure at such time.
Letter of Credit Amount the stated maximum amount available to be drawn under a particular Letter of Credit, as such amount may be reduced or reinstated from time to time in accordance with the terms of such Letter of Credit.
Letter of Credit Maximum Amount means $5,000,000; provided that, on and after the Maturity Date, the Letter of Credit Maximum Amount shall be zero.
Facility LC Application is defined in Section 2.19.3.
