Required Repayment Amount definition

Required Repayment Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.21.
Required Repayment Amount means the amount, if any, which would be necessary to eliminate any overadvance in existence immediately after giving effect to the Inventory Sublimit Reduction (as defined in Section 1(a) of the Loan Agreement).
Required Repayment Amount means, an amount equal to the sum of (A) the Outstanding Principal Balance as of such Redemption Date, multiplied by (B) 105%. For the avoidance of doubt, (i) the difference between the Required Repayment Amount and the Outstanding Principal Balance shall be deemed to be a prepayment premium and (ii) the Required Repayment Amount shall not include any Prepayment Premium.

  • Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default of the type specified in Section 9(a)(i) or (ii), the Required Repayment Amount will become immediately due and payable, without any further notice and without any presentment, demand, or protest of any kind, all of which are hereby expressly waived by the Issuer.

  • New Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(c).

  • Term Loan Repayment Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.09.

  • ECF Prepayment Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.11(b)(i).

  • Prepayment Penalty Amount With respect to any Remittance Date, all prepayment penalties, penalty or yield maintenance premiums or charges paid by the obligors under the Mortgage Notes due to Principal Prepayments collected by the Servicer during the immediately preceding Prepayment Period.

  • Acceptable Prepayment Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(D)(3).

  • Principal Payment Amount For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the related Principal Remittance Amount for such date minus the related Overcollateralization Release Amount, if any, for such date.

  • Required Reserve Fund Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on which the Net Excess Spread is less than 0.25%, the amount, if any by which (a) the product of 1.00% and the Pool Balance for such date exceeds (b) the amount on deposit in the Basis Risk Reserve Fund immediately prior to such date.   • Anticipated Repayment Date With respect to any ARD Mortgage Loan, the date specified in the related Mortgage Note, as of which Post-ARD Additional Interest shall begin to accrue on such Mortgage Loan, which date is prior to the Stated Maturity Date for such Mortgage Loan.

  • Default Repayment Date means the settlement date set out by the Bond Trustee in a Default Notice requesting early redemption of the Bonds.

  • Partial Prepayment Amount means the amount required to prepay a portion of the Annual Special Tax obligation for an Assessor’s Parcel as described in Section H.

  • Pre-Funded Amount With respect to any date of determination, the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account.
