Requisite Investor Stockholders definition

Requisite Investor Stockholders means, on the date of determination, those Investor Stockholders who hold in the aggregate more than fifty percent (50%) of the Common Stock held by all of the Investor Stockholders on such date of determination.
Requisite Investor Stockholders means, on the date of determination, those Investor Stockholders who hold in the aggregate in excess of fifty percent (50%) of the Restricted Securities held by all of the Investor Stockholders.
