Investor Group definition

Investor Group means the Sponsor and its affiliates, successors and assigns.

Investor Group means the Investor plus any other Person with which the Investor is considered to be part of a group under Section 13 of the 1934 Act or with which the Investor otherwise files reports under Sections 13 and/or 16 of the 1934 Act.

Investor Group means the Investors together with their Permitted Transferees who hold Equity Securities;

• No assignment by any Conduit Investor to a Conduit Assignee of all or any portion of the Investor Group Principal Amount with respect to such Conduit Investor shall in any way diminish the obligation of the Note Purchasers in the same Investor Group as such Conduit Investor under Section 2.03 to fund any Increase not funded by such Conduit Investor or such Conduit Assignee.

• For the avoidance of doubt, this Section 9.17(c) is intended to permit and provide for (i) assignments from a Note Purchaser to a Conduit Investor in a different Investor Group and (ii) assignments from a Conduit Investor to a Note Purchaser in a different Investor group, and, in each of (i) and (ii), Exhibit C shall be revised to reflect such assignments.

• Each Funding Agent shall promptly advise its related Investors, of any notice given pursuant to this Section 2.03(a) and shall promptly thereafter (but in no event later than 10:00 a.m. (New York City time) on the proposed date of Borrowing) notify the Administrative Agent, the Issuer and the related Note Purchaser(s) whether such Investor has determined to make all or any portion of the Advances in such Borrowing that are to be made by its Investor Group.

• Any reduction made pursuant to this Section 2.05(a) shall be made ratably among the Investor Groups on the basis of their respective Maximum Investor Group Principal Amounts.

• Such Original Series 2022-1 Class A-1 Advance Note for each Investor Group was dated the Series 2022-1 Closing Date, and such Additional Series 2020-1 Class A-1 Advance Notes for each Investor Group shall be dated the Series 2022-1 Upsize Closing Date.

Investor Group means (i) for each Conduit Investor, collectively, such Conduit Investor, the related Committed Note Purchaser(s) set forth opposite the name of such Conduit Investor on Schedule I (or, if applicable, set forth for such Conduit Investor in the Assignment and Assumption Agreement or Investor Group Supplement pursuant to which such Conduit Investor or Committed Note Purchaser becomes a party thereto), any related Program Support Provider(s) and the related Funding Agent (which shall constitute the Series 2022-1 Class A-1 Noteholder for such Investor Group) and (ii) for each other Committed Note Purchaser that is not related to a Conduit Investor, collectively, such Committed Note Purchaser, any related Program Support Provider(s) and the related Funding Agent (which shall constitute the Series 2022-1 Class A-1 Noteholder for such Investor Group).

Investor Group means each of the following groups of Investors:
