The Investor Group shall provide the Company with a reasonable opportunity to review and comment on the Schedule 13D Amendment prior to it being filed with the SEC and consider in good faith any comments of the Company.
Promptly following the execution of this Agreement, the Company and the Investor Group shall issue a mutually agreeable press release (the “Press Release”) announcing this Agreement, substantially in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit C.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Company’s obligations pursuant to this Section 1(f) shall automatically terminate upon the Investor Group ceasing to satisfy the Minimum Ownership Requirement.
